This is the kind of consistent feedback you want to get from your customers… Roger had called me once or twice over the past few years – wanted to see what I was doing, what the cost of different stuff was, etc. Always a nice guy, l i enjoyed talking with him. I hear from him a third time last year, and lo and behold,he was good to go and writes….
