Andy’s document case
My customers are rulers! Andy & Liz in AK have been steadfast customers of steveb leatherworks for some years now. I always look forward to their “ask’s” and Andy’s latest request was not different – One of your regular customers from AK wondering if you are/considering making any more of the travel wallets pictured in [...]

Val’s cuff
Not a tremendously complicated piece, Val’s cuff didnt take a particularly long time to make, and wasnt much of a technical challenge for me… but like every cusom made piece, it took a bit of thought, clarity on what my customer wanted and a bit of care…in design and in production. Val wanted a cuff [...]

Capybara!!
Brant sent me a little bag made from this unusual skin called Capybara to make a pocket wallet from. It just made it size wise and was a pain in the ass to work with – very thin and fragile material – but with a very cool look and feel. In the end, after some [...]

eddies thing
Eddie inspired this belt case design – it holds a mini Maglite and a Leatherman. We were in Sturgis in 2008 and on more than one occasion he had the tool needed to take on the job at hand, pulling it from a similar sheath on his belt. I asked if I could cop the [...]

sun moon & stars
So – I had a cool request from one of our serviceman currently overseas, a fine gentleman by the name of John. He had an idea for a wallet that originally was borderline not doable, at least by me. We went back and forth a bit and finally settled on this idea… I developed the art, carved it [...]

Flamin’ Squire from the archives
One from the old archives, a sweet custom Squire -unusual in that the customer asked me to NOT include a chain. Horizontal flamage from front to back, cool coloration and a multi-material interior. Nice!
